Hanawalt Awards for best undergraduate and graduate student essay. In spring, papers are nominated by CMRS faculty affiliates, and judged by a committee of affiliate faculty and the CMRS Director. Award winners receive a $150 prize. For additional information about the nomination process, please see page 2 of the Nomination Form or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
