Registration Form - "The Experimental Archaeology of Medieval and Renaissance Food" (Popular Culture and the Deep Past, 2022)

Thank you for your interest in attending "The Experimental Archaeology of Medieval and Renaissance Food," presented by the Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies at The Ohio State University. This event will take place on February 11-12, 2022 at the Ohio Union and in Hagerty Hall on the Columbus campus, with several of our paper sessions also available via Zoom live-stream. There is no registration fee, but we request that you register by 5:00 p.m. ET Wednesday, February 9 if you will be attending, so that we can optimize the experience for everyone.

**We regret to announce that we are unable to proceed with the hands-on cooking demo for Special Session 4 as originally planned, and Special Session 5 has been canceled. Special Session 4 will now be held via Zoom, with registration info available on our main event page.**
In-Person Presenter Requirements (A/V, etc.)

All of the rooms in the Ohio Union where conference sessions will be held are equipped with a projector, screen, sound system, and VGA/HDMI hookups. If you plan to emphasize video and/or audio materials in your presentation, we suggest that you consider bringing your own laptop and speakers. If you are using a Mac, please also bring the appropriate converter or let us know below if one is needed.

Effective Aug. 2, 2021, students, faculty, staff and visitors to all Ohio State campuses and medical facilities are required to wear masks indoors, regardless of their vaccination status. Masks continue to be required outdoors for unvaccinated individuals when they cannot maintain physical distancing. Vaccinated people are not required to mask outdoors.
