Genevieve Berendt is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Morris with degrees in Anthropology, French and Medieval Studies. She published her article “Silence and Scream: Women’s Options and Oppressions in Maghrebi Cinema” in The Butler Journal of Undergraduate Research. Genevieve intends to focus on Occitan and Courtly literature.
